Faster answers
- Order status: tracking is emailed when your order ships — check spam before writing in, and include your order number if you do.
- Certificates: every published lot is in the COA library and resolvable through /verify; for an unlisted older lot, send a photo of the vial label.
- Quality concerns: include the lot code and what you observed. Batches are covered by the published certificate — if something does not match it, we make it right.
- Wholesale & affiliates: volume pricing is quoted by email, WhatsApp, or Telegram; the affiliate programme has its own page and application.
- What we can’t answer: dosing, administration or usage questions — products are for laboratory research only, and no one on staff will advise otherwise.
